Laying Down Your Roots

Laying Down Your Roots

Image titleTo be a homeowner is one of the best feelings an individual can feel. The freedom of owning a piece of property you can pretty much do whatever you want is beyond rewarding. The National Association of Realtors released a study stating that “Owning a home embodies the promise of individual autonomy and is the aspiration of most American households. Home ownership allows households to accumulate wealth and social status, and is the basis for a number of positive social, economic, family and civic outcomes.”  Not only does owning your own home create a peace of mind but it also helps you become more involved in your community where you live. To meet new people, impact your society, & help your community grow. Verses if you rent you really have no desire to help your community since its not where your laying your roots. Become a homeowner, lay your roots down, & empower your community.
